Shipping Policy
We ship Monday – Friday and some Saturdays. Orders placed after 1:00 pm local time (EST) Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Once you have the tracking number please allow 24 hrs for it to enter the carrier’s system and update.
Most orders will ship within 24 hours. During peak times, please allow up to 48 hours for orders to ship. We suggest adding “Rush Processing” to your order to guarantee your order will ship quickly.
What is Rush Processing? How does it work?
Rush Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be verified, tailored to our Teddy of Roses standards, quality checked, packaged and on the road within 24 hrs.
For Rush Processing to be effective, your order must be submitted and charged before 1:00 pm local time (EST) Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order within 24hrs, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.
Rush Processing fee DOES NOT affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to choose the appropriate shipping method as well.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse in Northeast Florida. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible and only ship Monday-Saturday except during special holidays. Shipping times vary from shipping method selected during checkout. We offer Ground, Expedited, Express and Next Day Air shipping. Packages should arrive within 1-5 business days depending on method selected during checkout. Note: We do not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?
Some of our products are very large. We like to save money and pass those savings on to our customers. The bigger the box, the more it costs to ship. We may use multiple packages to ensure your product arrives undamaged. If at all possible we will use 1 package to deliver your gifts.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail or during shipment?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The courier service is out of our control. Please contact us after 24 hours to then put a trace on your package. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
(RTS) Returned To Sender
*If a package is returned to our warehouse, Teddy of Roses will provide the customer with a refund in the amount of the order subtotal minus any discounts. We do not include the shipping cost as it was paid to ship the order.
If you have received notification that your order has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours before reaching out. It is likely the courier service may have scanned the package as “delivered” during the transfer of the package from their facility to their trucks.
